The Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") wishes to announce that
resolutions 1 to 4, as detailed in the circular to shareholders dated 2
February 2024, have been passed at the annual general meeting of the Company
held at 2 Cumberland Place, Fenian Street, Dublin 2 at 10:00am on Thursday, 14
March 2024.
