Total Voting Rights Following Conversion of Convertible Unsecured Loan Stock
("CULS")

The Company announces that following today's commencement in trading in 8,191
new Ordinary shares of 5p arising from the recent conversion of £24,012 units
of CULS, the Company's issued Ordinary share capital now consists of
155,266,169 Ordinary shares of 5p and 53,444,590 Treasury shares and there is
£36,605,647 nominal of CULS outstanding.

 

The above figure (155,266,169) may be used by Ordinary shareholders as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the
Company, under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
