In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and
Transparency Rules, at 30 April 2025 the total number of Ordinary shares of no
par value of the Company in issue was 145,492,610.

 

There are 49,440,779 Ordinary shares in Treasury.

 

The above figure (145,492,610) may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
