Compliance with US Executive Order 13959
 
Following the US Presidential Executive Order 13959 dated 12 November 2020, which prohibits US Persons from purchasing "publicly traded securities" of 35 Chinese companies identified as Communist Chinese Military Companies, the Company can confirm that it has no direct investments in any of these 35 companies.  It does, however, have indirect exposure via a number of its holdings.  Following analysis of the Company's holdings by the Manager, this indirect exposure only amounts to approximately 0.6% of the Company's Net Asset Value.  The Company does not expect to have any exposure (direct or indirect) to these 35 companies by 11 November 2021.
