The Company has been informed that on 5 February 2019 Mrs Helen Green, a non-executive director of the Company, bought 1,800 ordinary shares of 1p nominal value each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 548.88p per Ordinary Share.
 
Following the above mentioned acquisition, Mrs Helen Green and her closely associated persons are beneficially interested in 1,800 Ordinary Shares, in aggregate representing 0.004% of the Company's voting rights.
