PURCHASE OF OWN ORDINARY SHARES
On 26 March 2019, the Company purchased in the market 7,800 Ordinary shares at 549.2028 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury.
 Following the transaction, the Company's share capital comprises:
46,039,296 Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares)
8,579,211 Ordinary shares held in treasury
54,618,507 Issued Ordinary shares (including treasury shares)
The total number of Ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company is 46,039,296 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company.
