DL INVEST GROUP TO HOST OPEN ONLINE INVESTOR MEETING REGARDING ASLI STRATEGY

DL Invest Group, the largest shareholder in abrdn European Logistics Income
plc ("ASLI"), holding approximately 18% of the Company's issued share capital,
has announced an open online meeting for shareholders and other interested
parties to be held on 13 January 2026.

The meeting will provide an opportunity for direct engagement with DL Invest
Group's senior management, offering insights into ASLI's strategic direction,
current market conditions, and potential long-term growth opportunities. The
initiative responds to feedback from investors calling for open dialogue,
transparency, and discussion of strategic options for the Company's future.

DL Invest Group has more than 15 years of experience in logistics and real
estate investment and development and manages a portfolio valued at over EUR
1.1 billion. The Group operates a fully integrated platform covering
development, asset management, and property management, with a proven track
record of achieving annual growth of 30-40%.

The Group's involvement in ASLI is based on the conviction that the Company
should pursue a long-term growth strategy aimed at rebuilding and maximising
shareholder value, rather than continuing a wind-down strategy involving asset
sales at prices that do not reflect long-term potential. Key priorities
include expansion in resilient European logistics markets, including Central
and Eastern Europe; operational integration to optimise asset performance;
scalable platform growth; and sustainable long-term NAV growth with dividend
potential.

The online session will include a presentation by DL Invest Group's senior
