Declaration of Interim Dividend

 

The Directors of the Company have today declared an interim dividend in
respect of the year ending 31 March 2024 of 3p per Ordinary Share. The interim
dividend will be payable on 29 September 2023 to Ordinary Shareholders on the
register on 15 September 2023, ex-dividend date 14 September 2023.
