Total Voting Rights 
In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, at 31 August 2016 the total number of Ordinary shares of no par value of the Company in issue was 64,152,824.
There are 2,420,000 Ordinary shares held in Treasury.
The above figure (64,152,824) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
