Repayment and Cancellation of Revolving Credit Facility

 

The Company announces that it has repaid and cancelled in full its unsecured
£6 million multi-currency revolving facility agreement with The Bank of Nova
Scotia, London Branch, of which £5.5 million was drawn down.

 

Following the repayment of this facility, the Company is now ungeared.
