PURCHASE OF OWN ORDINARY SHARES 
On 18 January 2018, the Company purchased in the market 10,000 Ordinary shares at a price of 245.0 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury. 
Following the transaction, the Company's share capital comprises:
115,259,848 Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) 
11,675,817 Ordinary shares held in treasury
126,935,665 Issued Ordinary shares (including treasury shares)
