It is with great sadness that the Board announces that Rebecca Donaldson, an
Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, passed away on 19 October
2025.

 

The deepest sympathy of the Board and the Manager are with Rebecca's family at
this difficult time.

 

Michael Hughes, Chairman, commented -

 

"Rebecca made a substantial contribution to the working of the Board which
will stand the Company in good stead in the future. We have lost a gifted and
