Posting of Accounts and Notice of AGM
Further to the announcement of the Audited Final Results on 3 September 2019, the Company announces that it has today posted its Annual Accounts for the year ended 30 April 2019 together with a Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to its shareholders and that copies are available on the Company's website, www.accrol.co.uk.
The AGM of the Company will be held at 11am on Tuesday, 22 October 2019 at Addleshaw Goddard, One St Peter's Square, Manchester M2 3DE.
