ZURICH/BERLIN, Jan 27 (Reuters) - Here are some of the main
factors that may affect Swiss stocks on Thursday:
    
    UBS  UBSG.S 
    Swiss bank UBS has agreed to buy U.S.-focused automated
wealth management provider Wealthfront, which has more than $27
billion in assets under management, in an all-cash deal the two

    NESTLE  NESN.S 
    Nestle will start paying cocoa farmers cash if they send
their children to school rather than out to tend crops as part
of a push to purchase all of its cocoa through a fully

    The testing and inspection group forecast mid-single-digit
organic growth in 2022 and higher underlying operating income
after it rebounded in 2021 from the pandemic-triggered downturn
