Actinium jumps on commercialization deal with Sweden's Immedica for cancer therapy

** Shares of cancer therapy developer  ATNM.A  rise ~30% to
$6.87 before the bell 
    ** Actinium Pharmaceuticals signs license and supply deal
for its experimental cancer therapy, Iomab-B, with Sweden-based
Immedica AB  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nPnncR8Ba 
    ** Immedica gets rights to Iomab-B for Europe, the Middle
East and North Africa
    ** ATNM to get $35 mln in upfront payment; will be eligible
for an additional $417 mln in milestone payments 
    ** ATNM retains rights to Iomab-B in the United States and
remaining geographies; eligible for royalties in the mid-20%
range on net sales in Immedica's territories  
    ** Co is testing Iomab-B in a late-stage study in patients
with a relapsed or refractory forms of a type of blood cancer
known as acute myeloid leukemia 
    ** Up to Monday's close, ATNM down ~12% YTD
