premarket after pricing an offering of stocks and warrants 
    ** Says 42.9 mln shares of common stock priced at $0.385 per
share, and warrants to purchase stock priced at $0.50 per share,

    ** To use proceeds to fund its ongoing late-stage trial of
lead drug Iomab-B for treating patients with Acute Myeloid
Leukemia, and for progressing its CD33 blood disease treatment
to proof-of-concept stage 
    ** William Blair acting as sole bookrunner of offering 
    ** Co had ~119.1 mln shares outstanding as of last close,
according to Refinitiv data
    ** Stock had risen 18.3% in the past 12 months
