Actual Experience plc (AIM: ACT), the analytics-as-a-service company, has been notified that on 26 July 2018, Robin Young, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, sold 4,600 ordinary shares of 0.2p per share ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company in two tranches, with an average price of 262.17p per Ordinary Share.
 
Following the transaction, Mr. Young retains a holding of 2,600 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.01% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
