Total Voting Rights
Further to its announcement of 11 June 2018, Actual Experience plc (AIM: ACT), the analytics-as-a-service company, clarifies that following the issue and admission on 14 June 2018 of 48,125 new ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the capital of Actual Experience, as detailed in that announcement, the Company will have a total of 44,902,338 ordinary shares of 0.2p each in issue. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company.
