Directors / PDMR Dealings

Actual Experience plc (AIM: ACT), the analytics-as-a-service company,
announces that on 27 April 2023 Barry Hoffman, Non-Executive Director,
purchased 300,000 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") at a price of 1.03 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, Barry Hoffman, will have an interest in 300,000
Ordinary Shares, representing 0.14% of the issued share capital of the
Company.

The Company also announces that on 26 April 2023, it granted options over
270,000 Ordinary Shares (the "Options") to Barry Hoffman. The Options will
vest in equal annual instalments upon the first three anniversaries of
appointment, with the first tranche vesting on 28 March 2024, and expire ten
years from the date of vesting.
