Actual Experience plc (AIM: ACT), the analytics-as-a-service company,
announces that at the Company's annual general meeting (the 'AGM'), held
earlier today all resultions were duly passed. All resolutions were passed
unanimously. There was a 36.07% turnout for voting on the resolutions.
