11. Additional Information

1. This notification reflects the issue by Acuren Corporation (formerly known
as Admiral Acquisition Limited) of 67,437,515 ordinary shares on 30 July 2024
in connection with its acquisition on the same day of ASP Acuren Holdings,
Inc., of which 24,360,000 such ordinary shares were issued to Viking Global
Opportunities Illiquid Investments Sub-Master LP and Viking Global
Opportunities Drawdown (Aggregator) LP pursuant to equity commitments and the
exercise of warrants.

2. With respect to the chain of controlled undertakings in item 9 above:

(a) VGODA: Viking Global Opportunities Drawdown Portfolio GP LLC "VGODP GP" is
the general partner of VGODA; Viking Global Opportunities Drawdown GP LLC
"VGOD GP" is the sole member of VGODP GP;

(b) VGOP: Viking Global Opportunities Portfolio GP LLC "VGOP GP" is the
general partner of VGOP; Viking Global Opportunities GP LLC "VGO GP" is the
sole member of VGOP GP;

(c) Viking Global Opportunities Parent GP LLC is the sole member of each of
VGO GP and VGOD GP; Viking Global Partners LLC is the general partner of the
management entity.

3. Viking Global Partners LLC and Viking Global Opportunities Parent GP LLC
are controlled by an executive committee, the members of which are O. Andreas
Halvorsen, David Ott and Rose Shabet.

4. The table indicates that the voting rights over the shares held directly by
each shareholder are exercisable indirectly by each of the undertakings in the
chain of control above each shareholder.
