SUSPENSION OF SECURITIES

30 July 2024 - Acuren Corporation (formerly known as Admiral Acquisition
Limited (LSE: ADMR / ADMW) (the "Company") announces that further to its
announcement of 19 July 2024 and in anticipation of the expected closing of
the Company's acquisition of ASP Acuren Holdings, Inc., from funds advised by
American Securities LLC, (the "Transaction"), the listing of the Company's
ordinary shares (ISIN: VGG0093S1092) (the "Shares") and warrants (ISIN:
VGG0093S1175) (the "Warrants") on the Official List of the Financial Conduct
Authority (the "FCA") and the trading of the Shares and the Warrants on the
main market for listed securities on the London Stock Exchange were suspended
at the Company's request, with effect from the start of trading today,
Tuesday, 30 July 2024.

The Company expects the Transaction to close during US business hours today,
30 July 2024. Further announcements will be made in due course.
