TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS AND SHARE CAPITAL

Acuren Corporation (formerly known as Admiral Acquisition Limited) (LSE: ADMR
/ ADMW) ("Acuren" or the "Company") announces that in connection with the
closing of the Company's acquisition of ASP Acuren Holdings, Inc., the Company
issued an aggregate of 67,437,515 ordinary shares.  In accordance with Rule
5.6.1 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and
Transparency Rules, the Company hereby notifies the market that the Company's
issued share capital as of the date hereof consists of 121,412,515 ordinary
shares, of which none are held in treasury, and 1,000,000 founder preferred
shares.

 

The total number of voting rights in the Company on the date hereof is
therefore 121,412,515 (excluding any voting rights held by the holder of the
Company's founder preferred shares). This figure may be used by shareholders
as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they
are required to notify their interest in, or a change of their interest in,
the Company, under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and
Transparency Rules.
