Adaptimmune falls as Roche terminates cancer therapy deal

** Shares of cell therapy company Adaptimmune Therapeutics
 ADAP.O  fall 8.5% to $1.18
    ** Says Roche  ROG.S  unit Genentech has terminated a deal
with co to develop two types of cancer therapies 
    ** Deal termination will become effective 180 days after the
date of receipt of the notice of termination - ADAP
    ** ADAP entered the deal in 2021 for an upfront payment of
$150 million and potential milestone payments exceeding $3
billion in aggregate value
    ** Co has received $35 million in milestone payments - ADAP
    ** Including session's move, stock up 48.2% YTD
