April 9 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1330 GMT on Thursday:

** Unilever  said it will buy U.S.-based supplements brand Grüns for an undisclosed amount, as it pivots towards beauty and wellbeing categories.

** Spain's state holding company SEPI has resumed talks to merge Indra  with privately held defence firm Escribano Mechanical & Engineering (EM&E) in a deal the Spanish government deems strategically important, newspaper El Economista reported.

** Spain's Los Gallos, who are led by Olympic sailing champions Diego Botin and Florian Trittel, have been sold to investment group Quantum Pacific, SailGP said.

** Whitestone REIT  will be acquired by funds managed by Ares Management Corp  in an all-cash deal valuing the U.S. shopping center owner at about $1.7 billion, the company said.

** Austria's Raiffeisen Bank International  said on Wednesday it plans to acquire smaller Vienna-listed lender Addiko  for 23.05 euros ($26.88) per share.

** Brazilian investment bank BTG Pactual  confirmed on Wednesday that it has signed an agreement to acquire local lender Digimais, which belongs to prominent evangelical bishop Edir Macedo.

** A deep-sea mining firm led by former Rio Tinto  CEO Tom Albanese will merge with Odyssey Marine Exploration , in a $1 billion all-stock deal aimed at building one of the world's largest portfolios of underwater mineral deposits.

** Aon-owned P&C broker NFP said on Wednesday it has acquired Minnesota-based Sherman Insurance Agency, a full-service agency specialising in trucking, commercial, personal and benefits insurance.
