Vienna-listed Addiko notes Slovenia's NLB plans to launch takeover offer

April 10 (Reuters) - Addiko Bank ADKO.VI on Friday acknowledged Nova Ljubljanska Banka's (NLB) NLBR.LJ intention to launch a takeover offer for the Vienna-listed lender, saying it was informed of NLB's plans on the same day the Slovenian bank announced it.

Addiko had not engaged recently in discussions with NLB regarding its intentions, the bank said in a statement.
