    ** Privately held biopharma co Adynxx enters into deal to
buy ALQA
    ** Adynxx stockholders will become the majority owners of

    ** Merger to create a clinical-stage pharma company with
focus on pain and inflammation diseases; Alliqua will be renamed
Adynxx on deal closure
    ** Alliqua is also exploring alternatives for its hydrogel
