Aegon names new COO, picks New York as future headquarters June 17 (Reuters) - Life insurer Aegon AEGN.AS on Wednesday appointed Will Fuller as president and chief operating officer as it shifts its legal seat to Delaware and rebrands as Transamerica.
Fuller will take up the role in January and will oversee daily operations at Aegon's Americas business, its international units and its asset management arm, reporting to Chief Executive Officer Lard Friese, the Dutch group said.
Aegon also said it has chosen New York City for its future corporate headquarters.
