    ** Co sees annual revenue of at least $185.0 mln, compared
with analysts' avg. estimate of $197.3 mln
    ** Reports Q1 revenue of $41.8 mln, down 5.4% year over
year, missing Wall Street estimates of $43.13 mln - Refinitiv
data    
    ** Q1 net loss widens to $38.1 mln from $6.3 mln a year
earlier
    ** AGIL stock down 75.47% YTD
