The Nasdaq led Wall Street higher on Tuesday as megacap growth and technology
stocks gaining and U.S. Treasury yields declined amid growing investor
speculation that the Federal Reserve would temper its aggressive rate hike path.

    At 11:42 a.m. ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average  .DJI  was up 2.58% at
30,250.96. The S&P 500  .SPX  was up 2.88% at 3,784.33 and the Nasdaq Composite
 .IXIC  was up 3.30% at 11,171.952.
