surge as much as 10.4% to HK$0.53, their highest since Nov. 5
    ** Stock on track to snap three straight sessions of
declines and set for its best day since June 15
    ** Company says it will establish a new postpartum care
centre in Hangzhou, in a move that will expand the presence of

    ** Company has already established postpartum care centres
in Shenzhen, Beijing and Chengdu
    ** The Hong Kong Hang Seng Commerce & Industry Index  .HSNC
