Alliance Trust PLC ("the Company") has previously announced the grant to Katherine Garrett-Cox, Director, of Matching and Performance Awards over existing ordinary 2.5p shares in the Company pursuant to the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan on 31 May 2011 and 2 May 2012.
These Awards vested on 31 May 2014 and 2 May 2015 respectively and have now been exercised as notified below. No consideration is payable on the exercising or vesting of these Awards.
