Dividend Declaration
Alliance Trust PLC announces the declaration of a third interim dividend for the year ending 31 December 2014 of 2.4585 pence per share payable on 31 December 2014 to shareholders on the register on 12 December 2014. The ex-dividend date is 11 December 2014.
In the absence of any unforeseen developments we expect to be able to recommend a further quarterly interim dividend of 2.4585p payable on or around 31 March 2015 with a special dividend payable on or around 30 June 2015.
