Change of AIFM

 

The Board announces that as previously reported, with effect from 30 May 2023,
the Company is changing its Alternative Investment Fund Manager ('AIFM') from
Allianz Global Investors GmbH, UK Branch, to Allianz Global Investors UK
Limited ('AllianzGI UK').  There will be no change to the portfolio
management or fee arrangements.

 

AllianzGI UK is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority
with its registered office at 199 Bishopsgate, London EC2M 3TY
