Board Appointment

 

The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Ekaterina (Katya) Thomson
as a Non-Executive Director of Allianz Technology Trust PLC with effect from
18 July 2022.

 

Katya is currently a non-executive director and audit committee chairman of
MIGO Opportunities Trust plc, AVI Japan Opportunity Trust plc and Henderson
EuroTrust plc. She is a corporate finance and strategy professional with over
thirty years of experience in the UK and Europe. Katya is a Chartered
Accountant and a member of the ICAEW.

 

Katya will be a member of the Audit and Risk, Management Engagement,
Remuneration and Nomination Committees on appointment.
