Board Changes

 

The Board announces that at the Company's year end, 31 December 2022, Humphrey
van der Klugt will step down as chairman of the Audit and Risk committee.  He
will remain a non-executive director of the Company.

 

Ekaterina (Katya) Thomson will be appointed as chair of the Audit and Risk
Committee with effect from 1 January 2023.
