Brief: Alpha Holdings signs deal with Davidson Kempner on NPEs securitisation

 ACBr.AT :
    * signs agreement with Davidson Kempner on securitisation of
two
NPEs portfolios with gross book value of 1.1 bln eur
    * to sell 95% of notes to be issued as part of
securitisation
