Alpha FMC (AIM: AFM), a leading global provider of specialist consultancy
services to the asset management, wealth management and insurance industries,
announces that it has been notified that on 6 July 2022 Euan Fraser, Global
Chief Executive Officer and a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
("PDMR"), sold a total of 563,485 shares of 0.075p each ("Ordinary Shares") in
the Company at a price of 400p per share.
After this sale, Euan Fraser holds 1,064,372 MIP options and Joint Share
Option Plan Shares, and this represents his and his immediate family's
interest in the share capital of the Company.
