Pre-close trading update
Continuing strong momentum
Alpha FMC (AIM: AFM), a leading global provider of specialist consultancy
services to the Asset Management, Wealth Management and Insurance industries,
announces its scheduled pre-close trading update for the six months ended 30
September 2022.
The Board is very pleased with the strong performance of the Group in the
first half of the financial year. The good momentum and strong pipeline
carried into FY 23 has continued, with positive trading conditions in the
first six months. Ongoing client demand globally has delivered strong
double-digit organic net fee income growth compared to the first half of the
prior year, with particularly good progress in Alpha's North America region,
including Lionpoint which continues to trade strongly, and we continue to
invest in the team globally. Adjusted EBITDA has also grown strongly, at
good margins consistent with FY 22. The Group has also successfully continued
to deliver excellent sales wins and has maintained a healthy opportunity
pipeline through the first half.
While cognisant of the increasingly uncertain global political and
macro-economic backdrop, the Board remains confident in achieving market
expectations for the full year.
Alpha FMC expects to report its interim results for the six months ended 30
September 2022 on Wednesday, 23 November 2022.
