Vesting of options
and total voting rights
Alpha FMC (AIM: AFM), a leading global provider of specialist consultancy
services to the asset management, wealth management and insurance industries,
announces an update to its total number of voting rights.
On 11 October 2022 a total of 5,250 RSUs vested under the Management Incentive
Plan ("MIP"). The Company satisfied these vested awards using existing shares
held in the Alpha Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT"). Following this, and in
accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the
Company wishes to notify the market that, as at 31 October 2022, the Company
had 120,507,336 Ordinary Shares in issue, of which 6,541,406 are held in the
Company's EBT. No shares are held in treasury.
The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 113,965,930.
This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for
the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the
Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
