Alpha Financial Markets agrees to Bridgepoint's buyout proposal

June 20 (Reuters) - British consultancy firm Alpha
Financial Markets Consulting AFM.L said on Thursday it has
agreed to private equity firm Bridgepoint's BPTB.L nearly 626
million pounds ($795.33 million) takeover proposal.
The final offer price of 505 pence per share will not be
increased, the company said.
