Issue of Shares to Employee Benefit Trust

On 12 August 2024, the Company announced that it had applied to AIM for a
block listing of 1,929,934 new ordinary shares of 0.075p each in the Company
for the purposes of satisfying the potential vesting or exercise of awards
granted pursuant to certain Alpha FMC employee share plans.

Alpha FMC today announces that 1,901,303 shares have been allotted from the
block on 13 August 2024 to Forest Nominees Limited as trustee of the Alpha FMC
Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT Shares").

The EBT Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of
0.075p each in the Company.
