Publication of Annual Report & Accounts

Alpha FMC (AIM: AFM), a leading global consultancy to the financial services
industry, confirms that the Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31
March 2024 is now available on the Company's investor

Copies have been posted to shareholders who have requested to receive
communications in printed form.

 

As previously announced, on 12 August 2024 the Company's shareholders voted to
approve the recommended final cash offer to acquire Alpha FMC by Actium Bidco
(UK) Limited, a newly incorporated indirect subsidiary of certain funds
managed by Bridgepoint Advisers Limited (the "Acquisition"). The Acquisition
is expected to become effective on 19 August 2024. Further details can be

Upon completion of the Acquisition, the Company will delist from AIM and be
re-registered as a private company at which time it will no longer be subject
to the regulatory and governance framework applicable to public companies.
Should the Acquisition be approved by the Court this week and become
effective, an Annual General Meeting will not be held in 2024.
