('Alpha FMC', 'Alpha', the 'Company' or 'Group')

Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the
Company wishes to notify the market that, as at 31 July 2023, the Company's
issued share capital consisted of 122,009,736 ordinary shares of 0.075p each
("Ordinary Shares").  7,509,182 Ordinary Shares are held by the Company's
Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT"). No Ordinary Shares are currently held in
treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company as at 31 July 2023 is
therefore 122,009,736.  This figure includes 7,509,182 Ordinary Shares
currently held by the EBT as these Ordinary Shares hold voting rights albeit
the EBT does not exercise these voting rights nor receive dividends in respect
of these shares. Therefore, currently 114,500,554 Ordinary Shares have
exercisable voting rights and the Group's earnings per share calculation
excludes these 7,509,182 Ordinary Shares held by the EBT.

The above figure of 122,009,736 may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital
of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
