ALPHAWAVE IP GROUP PLC (THE "COMPANY")

 

Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial

The Company was notified that Michelle Senecal de Fonseca, an Independent
Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 25,284 Ordinary Shares of
£0.01 each in the capital of the Company at a price of £1.534 per Ordinary
