ALT Resources PLC (LSE: ALTR), the mining royalty and streaming company, announces that Paul M. Welch intends to resign as Chairman. Mr Welch will step down from the Board once his notice period has been served and a successor has been appointed.
As previously announced, the Company continues to progress other opportunities in its pipeline of activities and will update the market further as appropriate.
