("ACP" or the "Company")

Proposed Change of Name

ACP (LSE: ACPE), a company formed to capture value accretive opportunities in
the natural resources industry, announces that it intends to apply to
Companies House to change the Company's name to ALT Resources PLC (the "Name
Change").

Following the Name Change becoming effective, the Company will be known as ALT
Resources and the Company will adopt "ALTR" as a new stock ticker. A further
announcement will be made when the name change becomes effective; until such
time, trading will continue under the "ACPE" stock ticker.

The ISIN and SEDOL numbers for the Company's ordinary shares will remain
unchanged as GB00BNVSX371 and BNVSX37 respectively.
