("ACP" or the "Company")

Change of Name to ALT Resources

ACP (LSE: ACPE), a company formed to capture opportunities in the natural
resources industry, notes that further to the announcement of 7 October 2024,
it has now changed its name to ALT Resources PLC (the "Name Change").

The Name Change is now effective, and the Company will use "ALTR" as its new
stock ticker. Trading in the shares, however, remains suspended while the
Company works towards closing the transaction described in its announcement of
7 August 2024.

The ISIN and SEDOL numbers for the Company's ordinary shares will remain
unchanged as GB00BNVSX371 and BNVSX37, respectively.

The Name Change does not affect the rights of the Company's shareholders.
Existing share certificates will remain valid, and no action is required by
shareholders in this regard.

The Company's rebranded website has changed to: www.altresources.co.uk
