Australia's tech stocks track Nasdaq higher, hit 5-week high

** A sub-index of Australian tech stocks  .AXIJ  gains as
much as 1.4% to hit its highest level since Dec. 19, 2022 
    ** Local tech stocks take cues from a strong finish on the
Nasdaq  .IXIC  on Friday  .N 
    ** ASX-listed shares of Block  SQ2.AX  jump as much as 7% to
a more than three-month high, stock tops gains on AXIJ 
    ** Novonix  NVX.AX  jumps most since Jan. 17, while Xero
 XRO.AX  adds 1.8%
    ** Altium  ALU.AX  and Megaport  MP1.AX  up 1.7% and 2.4%,
respectively
    ** AXIJ up 2% this year, as of last close, lagging a 5.9%
jump on the benchmark index  .AXJO
