Australian tech stocks hit over 1-week high on Wall Street gains

** Australian technology stocks  .AXIJ  rise as much as 2.1%
to hit their highest level since Jan. 24 
    ** Wall Street rose overnight, with the tech-heavy Nasdaq
advancing the most, fueled by a series of high-profile earnings
 .N 
    ** Shares of tech majors Xero  XRO.AX  and WiseTech Global
 WTC.AX  rise up to 2.2% and 2.1%, respectively 
    ** Shares of Weebit Nano  WBT.AX  and Altium  ALU.AX  gain
as much as 5.5% and 2.9%, respectively 
    ** Weebit Nano and Altium among top gainers in the
sub-index, with Altium hitting a record high 
    ** AXIJ flat this year, as of last close
